To Entry the Contest you have to upload the renovated building on the Gallery with the hashtag #EmmeSimsChallenge
Change any exterior walls, all exterior walls must stay as they are. Turn some parts of the balconies into a veranda/patio/porch. Add structural elements for landscaping purposes. Change the style of any door or window. Add, remove and move walls only inside the building but the house must have at least 1 bedroom, 1 studio and 1 bathroom in the same spot where they already are. Play of light/Lighting Effects are welcome. You can use all the game/expansions packs you have excepts for the Kits and Journey to Batuu. The main colours of the house must be Light blue and White. The decor style must be Modern/Contemporary.
